Pre-K Program
Ages 3.5 to 5 Years

Building the Skills for Kindergarten Success

Kindergarten is coming and we want to make sure your child arrives there confident, curious, and ready. Our Pre-Kindergarten Program is designed to give children a strong academic and social foundation while still honoring what makes this age so special: the joy of discovery, the thrill of creativity, and the magic of learning through play.

The moment your child enters our Pre-K room, they step into an environment designed to stimulate, engage, and excite. Murals and artwork bring the space to life. Learning stations around the room invite children to explore math, literacy, science, dramatic play, and art each one purposefully designed to grow their skills and their love of learning.

We believe deeply that a child who feels comfortable and at home in their classroom is a child who can focus, engage, and truly thrive. Everything about our Pre-K environment is built with that belief at its center.

Kindergarten Readiness

Our Pre-K curriculum is built around the skills children need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond — but delivered in a way that feels like fun, not pressure.

  • Early literacy and reading readiness — phonics, letter recognition, storytelling, and a deep love of books

  • Math foundations — counting, patterns, sorting, basic operations, and number sense

  • Science exploration — observation, questioning, and hands-on discovery

  • Social studies and cultural awareness — learning about the world and the people in it

  • Fine and gross motor development — building the physical skills school demands

  • Self-regulation and independence — learning to manage emotions, follow routines, and advocate for themselves

  • Collaboration and communication — working with peers, sharing ideas, and problem-solving together

Special Experiences

In Pre-K, children begin to understand that the world is bigger than their classroom. We enrich our curriculum with Show and Tell experiences, themed learning units, special events, and field trips that bring learning to life. Parents are always welcome to participate whether as a chaperone, a classroom volunteer, or simply a presence that reminds your child they are supported and celebrated.
